Posted by shftleft at October 21, 2003 03:19 PM"circumstances beyond our control" = Best Buy taking as long as they possibly can to get the parts for my TV, then shipping them to me UPS ground, and then letting me schedule a technician after i receive the parts. A model of efficency if Ive ever seen one. Also, being complete assholes on the phone and refusing to even acknowledge that there is something wrong with it taking more than a month to have your televeision repaired with "in-home" service.
