Hello D1RT,
We have received a complaint regarding your use of inappropriate
language at our tables. After reviewing the chat log (see below), it
was decided to remove your chat privileges for a period of 1 month.
Your language was offensive and completely unacceptable.
We implemented a feature that blocks out (replaces with ***) specific
inappropriate words. This serves as a first warning. If you type
something which is blocked then this tells you that what you are
typing is not acceptable. If you choose to somehow bypass this
restriction (obviously there are many ways), then you are
intentionally breaking the rules.
Our games are to be kept clean, fun, and a comfortable environment for
everyone. We will not tolerate this type of behavior at our tables.
Please note that you may not be the only one receiving a message such
as this. When we receive a chat complaint, we review the entire chat
of all players at the table. Any other offenders at the table were
also warned or revoked as appropriate to our policies.
You may contact us in one month to have your chat privileges
reinstated.

I am 40 and play alot of poker so I am not inexperienced. Now I am not pro either so I do understand bad beats happen and sometimes rags win but at Pokerstars in the last 5 months I have never cashed out and am down 900. I have lost so many hands with AA KK etc... and even lost a AAAKK full boat to a 22 caller who got his 4th and 5th streets. I always seem to win alot of smaller dollar hands, so that PS can claim well u win 47% of hands at showdown, so whats ur complaint??? But I lose every, and I mean every big dollar pot to some rag guy that rivered his AMAZING HAND to beat me outa my 100 bucks. Has anyone else had these experiences with PS???? if so, maybe we can class action them.
