So, before I became a band, I was just ‘wombat.’ I released two albums at a local CD store. And I had a song or two on mp3.com.
Unfortunately…
There was some idiot bogarting my name. Some assclown who sings about “America” and whatever. No doubt capitalizing on the events of September 11th. Gimme a fucking break. Apparently he is a “multi-talented singer/songwriter.”
Well, he’s a douche.
Now, whenever I try and see my songs, I am brought to page of this other moron.
Anyway. It’s retarded. But, moving on…
We got together last night a recorded three songs just to see how what we were playing was working. It seemed to be alright. Needs a little work, obviously, but… I was happy with it. I think it’s funny that as soon as we started to record, everyone started to play “more.” The human mind is so funny. Also, I got one of those harmonica holders because we need it for one song. I got to use it. It was fun. I can almost do it really cleanly. But…
The band still has no name! And the drummer and I spent a half-hour (while waiting for the bass player) scraping the word “Mapex” off the drum head.

Cintus Supremus (Zero Charisma was already taken. I am surprised that no one knows what this is from.)
Most people lean towards “Quiz Show.” So, that’ll probably be it.
But, hey, put it to a vote.
